Address Changes

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at steve@ballena.capital. Changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. For assistance, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
